COURIERS FOR NZ DELIVERIES
We have three delivery options:
1. NZ wide courier deliveries using NZ Post $9.50 standard or $12 rural 2-3 days.
2. Auckland studio picks ups FREE.
All options are available at our online checkout.
NEW ZEALAND WIDE
Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by courier and are tracked. Items will need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your business address. Items will arrive within 1-3 working days. The recipient is responsible for tracking parcels and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
For standard couriers we charge a flat rate of $7 per order and for rural deliveries we charge $9.50. Please select the correct type of courier for your address. Any orders that have a rural address but have selected the standard rate will be emailed to pay the $2.50 rural surcharge.
We aim to have all orders with cleared payments received before 10am dispatched within 48 hours.
Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box address. All addresses must be physical and require signing on receipt.
AUCKLAND STUDIO PICKUPS
Orders can be collected contactless from our premises in Waterview, Auckland when you select the PICK UP option on the website. We keep our address private so will send you the address by email or text.
We do not offer refunds on any courier services as we incur the cost with every parcel sent.
Shipping costs outside of New Zealand start at $30 and will take anywhere from 3 – 21 working days for delivery.
All VAT and GST taxes and duties are payable by the customer before delivery of the parcel. If the carrier tries to contact you and has no response the parcel will be returned to Cathy Pope. Further postage costs and fees are payable by the customer.
Orders to destinations within Australia will be sent by NZ Post International courier or by Fedex and are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address.
REST OF WORLD
Orders will be sent by NZ Post International couriers or Fedex and are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. Items will be despatched within 1-3 working days.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch to claim insurance on the item. We will require your details, the details of the item that was lost, and the tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch. If a damaged item has arrived we require it to be returned to the postal authority in your country as near as possible in the same condition as when it was delivered. We will then replace your item free of charge.
We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
• the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
• the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
• the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
• the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
• the item was authorised to be sent without tracking or without insurance.
