REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 7 day return policy on all full priced items purchased online or in our Ponsonby store.  

No exchanges or refunds are available for sale, limited edition or items sold directly on social media or at pop ups. 

Cathy Pope Jewellery accepts returns for products purchased on the Cathy Pope Jewellery website within NZ only and from visiting her boutique. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. If you purchased Cathy Pope Jewellery at a retail store or another website we can not arrange a return for you, you need to work with the store or website you originally purchased from and adhere to their store policies. 

Cathy Pope does not offer refunds on online and in store purchases made using AfterPay or Laybuy. We will offer you a store credit.

We will exchange your purchase free of charge one time only, thereafter a further shipping charge will be required to send your exchange.

Any returns after that time will not be accepted.

REPAIRS
We will repair any manufacturing fault (broken clasps, claws coming loose or wire breakage) at no cost within 6 months of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please return your your item using a track and trace courier. 

We will repair broken wire from the chunky choker collection free of charge at anytime. We charge $9 to cover the return courier. 

Manufacturing faults do not include:
 Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.
Broken chains.
General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape, claws that have snapped off or oxidised, or plating that has worn off.
