Terms & Conditions

Tour Prices - Tour prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are per person twin sharing. A 30% booking amount is required to book your tour on a confirmed basis. The rest of the tour amount can be paid eight weeks before the arrival date in India.

We require a minimum of 4 bookings to ensure the tour can proceed. When we have 4 bookings confirmed we will let you know when sand how to confirm your flights.

30% $1589 non-refundable deposit reserves your space. Paid to Cathy Pope in NZ. This deposit is refundable if we do not sell 4 places and the tour does not proceed. 

The balance of $3710 is due on or before July 17 paid directly to our India tour guide (via Wise international transfer by each client). This may incur transfer fees. This is so he can pay for hotel bookings in advance to secure the rooms.

If you cancel after July 17 and you have paid in fill, your money will not be refunded unless someone fills your space. The deposit will not be refunded. 

Dietary Requirements - We can Cater to your dietary requirements on your trip to India, please inform us in advance if you have any particular dietary requirements.

Flights – Our clients are responsible for booking their own flights independently. We can recommend a travel agent at Flight Centre who will arrange guests travel together. Due stot e nature of group travel we don’t recommend people book online or independently as this may result in the group being split up and delayed. 

Visa - We will send an e-visa form to our guests to apply for a visa to India for a tour of India. E visa window opens 120 days before the arrival date in India. Each guest is responsible for providing accurate and complete information on this form to receive a visa for a tour of India. This E-Tourist visa allows double entry to India and is non-extendable and non-convertible.

Cancellation Policy - A full credit refund will be available if your India Tour is cancelled due to the pandemic or natural calamities. 70% of the total tour amount can be refunded if you cancel your India Tour four weeks before your arrival date in India. No refund can be initiated if cancellation is made past this point. Your booking amount can not be refunded if a guest's visa to India is refused due to wrong information provided by the guest or a guest's status.

Privacy Policy - Your passport and information will be shared with third parties which are Airlines, Hotels, and visa authorities on your behalf. Verbal consent will be taken from our guests before posting their pictures from their Tour of India on our social media platform or website.
