The Brains Behind Our Social Media Success – Gaelle Thieme
For many of you, your journey with Cathy Pope Jewellery began when an ad appeared in your feed, capturing your attention and (let’s be honest) following you around online. That’s no coincidence—it’s the brilliant work of Gaelle Thieme, the mastermind behind our social media advertising.
Gaelle is a marketing strategist with an exceptional talent for digital advertising, helping small businesses like mine get noticed in an ever-crowded online world. Her expertise in Meta, data analysis, and campaign strategy has been invaluable, allowing Cathy Pope Jewellery to connect with customers who truly resonate with our brand.
But beyond her marketing brilliance, Gaelle is also a pioneer in sustainable beauty. As the founder of Dust & Glow, she has reimagined personal care with a groundbreaking range of waterless beauty products—natural, organic powders that activate with water, eliminating the need for wasteful, diluted formulations. After years working in corporate beauty marketing, she took a bold step to disrupt the industry, proving that sustainability and performance can go hand in hand.
Like many small business owners, Gaelle wears multiple hats, balancing her own innovative brand while supporting entrepreneurs who lack the budget for big agencies but still need expert guidance. Her deep knowledge, passion, and dedication make her an invaluable asset—not to mention, her charming French accent makes even spreadsheets and data analysis sound appealing!
Gaelle has been a great friend and support helping me over the years with pop ups and when I'm in India she often helps out at the boutique on the odd Saturday. Her knowledge of Cathy Pope products has really been a huge bonus! Gaelle has helped Cathy Pope Jewellery reach new audiences while championing a more sustainable future in beauty.
I asked Gaelle about her jewellery style. "I'm a minimalist and prefer to wear smaller but meaningful pieces. I think silver suits my skin tone and I'm always drawn to rose quartz for its colour but also I like it's meaning. I like the more delicate pieces like the Ashoka necklace and the small pearl necklaces. I've purchased so many of Cathy's rings and amulets for my Mum back in France who's a big fan!" Check out Gaelle's current picks.
For those who haven’t yet discovered Dust & Glow, I highly recommend exploring her transformative products at Dust and Glow. Sustainability has never looked—or felt—so good.
