A little behind-the-scenes moment…
Due to a manufacturing mix-up, this ring was made in green jade instead of the original design — and honestly, we kind of love the result.

These rings feature three delicate spinel stones set at the sides, giving them a beautifully unique look. Because of the mix-up, we only have a handful of odd sizes available in 6 and 9, and once they’re gone, this design will not be restocked.

A true one-off — imperfectly perfect, and completely special.

Product Description

Indian Green Jade from Madras. 

Black spinel stones sit at the side. 

The setting is brass with 3 microns of 14K gold plating.

The diameter of the stone is 14mm diameter.

Returns or Exchanges welcome within 7 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer re-sizing on rings. We understand it's hard choosing ring sizes online so we recommend if you're in Auckland visiting our Waterview studio to try them on or find one at our stockists. Email Cathy to make an appointment at our studio. 

Care Instructions

Every piece of Cathy Pope jewellery is handmade so it needs to be looked after carefully. Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.

  • Store your jewellery in a soft lined jewellery box or pouches. Try to keep pieces apart so they don’t rub together.
  • Jewellery doesn't like moisture so avoid damp areas for your jewellery storage.
  • Place a piece of chalk or moisture absorber (Damp Rid) inside the jewellery box to absorb any moisture.
  • Clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product. Always read the manufacturers instructions.
  • Never go swimming wearing your jewellery, chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode gold jewellery.
  • Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities as perspiration will affect the plating.
  • Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidation, caused by the interaction of silver or gold plated jewellery with certain elements such as oxygen or sulphur as well as with certain acids.
  • Over time gold vermeil/plating will rub off and fade a bit, especially more so when it’s rubbing against surfaces. This is normal wear and tear.
