Inspired by sai sin — sacred white cotton blessing cords tied by monks during Buddhist ceremonies, these bangles are a modern day interpretation of these ancient blessing bracelets. These bracelets are made for laypeople seeking a connection to the blessing tradition. Made from flexible, water-resistant silicone tubing filled with real 14k gold leaf and holy oils, and sealed with a Sanskrit mantra charm, symbolic of scared time. Wear them stacked for protection, wealth, and spiritual balance.

Sizing Tips
These bracelets are semi-flexible and made to be rolled over your hand so they fit snugly on your wrist. To pick your size, measure the circumference across your knuckles (not your wrist), as this is the part the bangle must slide over.

Our Thai Temple Bracelets are crafted from durable silicone and are designed for everyday wear, including exposure to water. As with any wearable item, longevity depends on individual use and care.

We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Please note that wear and tear, accidental damage, stretching, cuts, or deterioration caused by heavy use are not covered under this warranty.

To help your bracelet last as long as possible, we recommend avoiding sharp objects, excessive stretching, and prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, cleaning products, and sunscreens.

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Jewellery manufactured by third-party suppliers is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not limit any rights available under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Returns

Returns or Exchanges welcome within 7 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note there are NO returns or refunds on sale products or bundles.

Care Instructions

Every piece of Cathy Pope jewellery is handmade so it needs to be looked after carefully. Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.

  • Store your jewellery in a soft lined jewellery box or pouches. Try to keep pieces apart so they don’t rub together.
  • Jewellery doesn't like moisture so avoid damp areas for your jewellery storage.
  • Place a piece of chalk or moisture absorber (Damp Rid) inside the jewellery box to absorb any moisture.
  • Clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product. Always read the manufacturers instructions.
  • Never go swimming wearing your jewellery, chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode gold jewellery.
  • Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities as perspiration will affect the plating.
  • Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidation, caused by the interaction of silver or gold plated jewellery with certain elements such as oxygen or sulphur as well as with certain acids.
  • Over time gold vermeil/plating will rub off and fade a bit, especially more so when it’s rubbing against surfaces. This is normal wear and tear.
